Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Raq. By using the Raq app or website you agree to these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
The service
Raq is a health-education app that organizes rehabilitation exercises for facial palsy and facial nerve paralysis, and uses AI through the phone camera to guide users during exercises. Raq is not a medical device, does not provide medical diagnosis or treatment, and does not replace advice from a doctor or physiotherapist.
Your health responsibility
- Your condition must be diagnosed by a qualified doctor before you start exercising.
- Stop any exercise that causes pain or discomfort and consult your doctor.
- If sudden facial weakness comes with limb weakness or difficulty speaking, call emergency services immediately.
- Recovery results vary from person to person; we do not guarantee any specific outcome.
